Shipping Instructions
For transportation & customs brokerage services, advance shipping, storage, and material handling information please refer to Stronco Exhibitors Handbook
Advance shipments will be accepted by Stronco from August 16, 2019 to September 9, 2019. No shipments will be accepted in Stronco advance warehouse on or after September 10, 2019.
After September 10, 2019, shipments should be arranged for delivery directly to the Fairmont Royal York Hotel.
All packages/shipments will be accepted by the Royal York Xerox Business Centre. The exhibitors are responsible for bringing their packages to the conference space. Assistance may be provided by the Hotel at a cost of $5/box or $55/skid.
