This year The Mission to Seafarers of Southern Ontario needs our support more than ever.
With your help, we can provide donations of colourful scarves, socks, hats, toiletries, deck of cards, note pads and pens, and candies and chocolates. These simple items will mean a lot for seafarers and we know that they will be very thankful to be reminded that someone is thinking of them.
HOW YOU CAN HELP....
At the Mission to Seafarers on December 4th:
- Meet with fellow CBMU members to sort gift items and stuff gift bags. (We need 4-6 volunteers!)
Packing these “Christmas Bags” or “Ditty Bags” is a huge project that requires we have "all hands on deck". Your help is greatly needed! We hope you will join us on December 4 to help us pack Seafarers Christmas bags and bring a smile to the face of the people who bring us 90% of everything.
